Pay Stream can provide services to businesses anywhere in the United States.  We can have a local Sales Representative meet with you or you can do everything over the phone or email.  Even if you choose the latter, you will still be assigned a local Account Manager to be there when you need assistance.

None of our merchants pay a cancellation fee if they are not happy with the service or product Pay Stream offers.  We are confident in our experience, customer service and products that we never put a cancellation fee with any of our merchants.  So you can cancel at anytime and walk away with nothing owed!

Pay Stream not only offers your business assistance through your own Account Manager but you also have 24/7 Tech Support by calling 866-485-8999.  Your Pay Stream representative is also available after hours and can assist you as well.

In most cases, yes you can.  We know that running credit card transactions is not the only fees merchants encounter.  Most are paying for their equipment and Pay Stream does offer free equipment in most cases to it's merchants.
